Abbie Casiano

Abbie embarked on her hairstyling journey after initially pursuing a career in education. After graduating high school in 2019, she attended Sam Houston State University to become a kindergarten teacher. However, her life took an unexpected turn when she contracted COVID-19 and had to move back home. This pause allowed her to reflect on her true passions, revealing that her love for teaching was rooted in her creative experiences as a child. Recognizing her desire to express herself artistically and professionally, Abbie transitioned to hairstyling, where she could combine her skills in creativity with personal connection.

A defining milestone in Abbie’s career has been becoming a stylist on the salon floor, where she has built a loyal clientele and found joy in getting to know her clients personally. She loves using techniques like balayage and reverse balayage for a low-maintenance look and incorporates treatments such as Kérastase Fusio-Dose for personalized hair care and Awaken scalp treatments to promote scalp health. To stay current with trends, Abbie engages with her coworkers, follows social media, and takes advantage of continued education opportunities through Beautique. When she’s not at the salon, Abbie enjoys spending time with her cat, Tili, and her boyfriend as they make their new house a home. She also participates in community events, allowing her to express her creativity and celebrate the milestones of those around her.
